Nee Soon East Community Children’s Library was officially opened on 2 December 1995 by Associate Prof Ho Peng Kee, Senior Minister of State. One of a network of 10 Community Children's Libraries (CCLs), this joint project between NLB and the PAP Community Foundation (PCF) aims to bring libraries closer to young children and to inculcate and promote the reading habit at an early age. Nee Soon East Community Children's Library is located at the ground level of Blk 356 Yishun Ring Road, #01-1828, Singapore 760356
